THE INDIAN SPACE RESERCH ORGANISTATION (ISRO) LAUNCHED ITS PSLV C36 RESOURCEST-2A FROM THE SATISH DHAWAN SPACE CENTRE IN SRIHARIKOTA ON DECEMBER 6, 2016. THE PSLV-XL VARIANT ROCKET STANDING 44.4 m TALL AND WEIGHING 321 TONNERS TORE INTO THE MORNING SKIES WITH A REVERBERATING SOUND BREAKING FREE OF THE EARTH'S GRAVITATIONAL PULL. THE PSLV ROCKET IS A FOUR STAGES ENGINE ROCKET POWERED BY SOLID AND LIQUID FUEL ALTERNATIVELY. THE RESOURCEST-2A WEIGHING 1235 KG WAS INJECTED INTO AN 817 KM POLAR SUN THE DESTINATION.
